The final chapter of the exciting new Beach House development has now been launched by Image & Brand Management, with a highly anticipated retail and leasing offer that is expected to draw interest from Sydney’s finest retailers.
Last year’s residential campaign was an extraordinary success, with an overwhelming majority of beach-side apartments selling out in the first 4 weeks. Interest in the retail offer is expected to be just as fierce.
The Beach House development draws its inspiration from the very essence and vibe of Bondi. It’s bohemian chic meets casual beachside glamour. Bringing together food, fashion, temptations and curiosities, it offers a distinct urban aesthetic with quality, boutique stores.
Managing director Anthony Moulton says it was crucial that the naming, branding and positioning of the development captured the spirit and authenticity of Bondi. “Great brands have to emotionally engage the audience. Unless you understand the aspirations of your audience, your messages won’t resonate with them”.
Due to be completed early next year, the Beach House is set to become a dynamic retail destination with both local and international appeal.
