Image & Brand Management creates an identity, brand and marketing campaign that attracts a strong demand for apartments in Bondi’s newest boutique residential development.
Earlier this year, the Investec Property Opportunity Fund completed the purchase of a significant parcel of under-utilised land surrounding the heritagelisted Hotel Bondi. Following a period of planning and design, building works commenced in July on the low-rise 40-apartment development, which will feature high-quality retail space on the ground floor.
Inspired living
Project architects Brian Meyerson Architects ensured that the architecture would be appropriate for The Beach House’s seaside environment. The apartments have high ceilings, expansive outdoor entertaining terraces, undercover parking, ample storage and many have expansive ocean views. The brief to award-winning international interior designers Burley Katon Halliday was that residents should feel like they are embracing beach-side living.
Strong pre-sales
In early June this year, Investec clients were given a special opportunity to preview The Beach House prior to the public launch. This generated strong interest, resulting in a large number of the 40 apartments being sold before the public launch commenced in late June. By early July, 28 residences were sold, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments, and there are a limited number of three-bedroom apartments still available. The development is scheduled for completion in mid-2011.
