Image & Brand management develop an end to end brand and marketing campaign for one of Australia’s newest luxury residential developments, set to become a prominent Sydney landmark.

Its architects, Tony Owen & Partners have designed the development using advanced digital technology and visualisation software which allows the designers to work concurrently, merging and synchronizing individual ideas into one cohesive outcome. This cutting-edge approach will not only establish a new benchmark for Sydney architecture, but will also result in a truly visionary development with high-end appeal.

‘Eliza’ will be a 17-level building in the heart of the CBD, where every floor is a different shape and each apartment is bespoke. It’s facade will be contoured, sculptured and asymmetrical, with serpentine swirls and artistic flourishes, with a living ‘green screen’ at its rear – a five storey-high wall of evergreen climbing plants. Truly original, the apartment building will also house a business centre, library, lounge area, meeting room and a concierge – facilities that are more in keeping with a boutique hotel.

Capturing the essence of the surrounding area, the name and the overarching creative concept for the development promotes the many benefits of a city lifestyle. Perched on the edge of Hyde Park, and flanked by internationally-renowned restaurants, world-class fashion boutiques, shopping and facilities, Eliza’s location is equally as prestigious as its design.
